missing drivers arm rests

it took me 3 days to realise my armrests on the drivers seat were missing . surely these are standard on a kombi highline??

@a5cyt that was my impression and also for the single passenger seat, but check with the dealer for the spec at the time that you placed your order. It may have been built incorrectly or been subject of a "[VW] reserve the right to change the specification at any time without notification" if they were not specified on your order form .

There has been a couple of new vans turned up on the forum with missing arm rests. Should be standard on a highline . Back to the dealer I think.

They're standard. Your dealer should have offered you 3 options;
1. Reject van & to be fitted
2. You fit at VW no extra cost
3. £450 compensation. I took £450 & got OEM ones fitted for £160
