Hi, New member here with a recently purchased 2019 T6 Shuttle, great forum with loads of info, i'm collecting the parts to add a MFSW thanks to the great post on here!
I've been tracing an annoying rattle from my drivers O/S sliding door which is noticeable at slower speeds, I've found a few threads but no one seems to have a definitive answer! Anyway, as part of my investigations I've found a loose piece of homemade repair in the area where the rear lower sliding bracket houses when the door is open, after some searches I thought I was missing a sort of spring based retainer also backed up by looking at some exploded diagrams, but now i've dismantled it I think I'm missing a bracket which should have some captive nuts to hold the 2 spline bolts. For some reason this piece of metal has been removed and a homemade bodge put in there, this repair just holds the spline bolts but is not attached to the sill in any way. I've searched everywhere for info here and on google and tried my local van centre on the phone but cannot locate a picture or a part number, I'm starting to think it is part of the sill and not available separately, if so i'll have to fabricate a better repair myself that is secured not just rattling loosely!
Any help with a part number would be great! pic attached looking at the area where the part should be!
