Saw it this morning, I thought my phone screen had failed
Having just skimmed through the 489-page VW Book of Excuses (abridged version), I believe the correct fob-off at this point is tell you to take the issue up with Apple.No. It's deffo a dud because when a sound plays on the mac you get a little speaker icon in the browser bar. No speaker for that one.
You're worse than VW trying to wriggle out of a warranty claim.
Every week I have a chat with (usually a bloke) a customer who tells me the top notes on the piano they have just bought don't work! Age related 'high end' hearing loss is indeed a thing. In our forum bauble debate though I must agree with @Howzat that a couple of my balls are indeed non functioning. Most upsetting!!

Back on my regular non apple laptop now and all baubles perfect, with no annoying octave shifts going on.

Hi Guys, I cant thank you all enough for your time , effort and friendliness , since I recently joined.
I bought my van to help me get through almost 3 years of trying to get through cancer. Its been a blessing, as all of you have been too.
Thank goodness I'm now on the mend , I'm so looking forward to getting my van ready for a few road trips and meeting you at the 'meets' 2026.

I know this is meant to be a merry Christmas thread but this post touched a nerve. I’ve known about 5 male suicides this year alone within close proximity of me, old friends from school and friends of friends. They have all been relatively young of 40 and under and as young as 21. All completely out of the blue with normal lives and you wouldn’t have thought of them being in this awful situation and feeling so low in a million years. It’s good to talk gents and no matter how bad things may seem there’s always someone out there willing to help! Well done @BuilderJay and Merry Christmas everyone!!
