I have a standard 2020 t6.1. Using a usb memory stick set up with a folder for each artist then subfolders for the albums all mp3. Leave it plugged into the usb socket, when I start the van the info screen powers up then about 5 seconds later goes blank and reboots and just repeats. Unplug it start van when the screens powered then plug the usb in it works fine no problem whatsoever. In at the dealers they say it’s a file problem and usb is only for android or Apple…. Anyone know on this I think there talking complete bollocks personally….
