300mm Cnc’d out of 6mm or 18mm mdf depending on what your using them for. 6mm is perfect for carpetting over. 600mm also available.

VW, T4, T5, T6 and all custom logos and names all undertaken.

Your timing is impeccable. I'm carpeting my ply panels soon so I'll be absolutely having at least a T6 and VW for the barn doors.
Is there any play in them for panels that curve slightly?

Very slightly in the 6mm. But i can do in 3mm if you need more flex.
