Lower rollers catching - please help.

Side door, lower roller is catching and has scraped paint

Anyone any thoughts?

Put a new one on. Nothing else you can do really.

Agree! This is where my head is at TBH. Seems the Febi part was 'Pants' - well it wasn't scratching before with the genuine parts and is now all of a sudden with the Febi one..

I put a 9 quid eBay one on my T5 and it was fine for a couple of years at least, until I sold it a couple of weeks ago ...

I put a Febi on mine about 2 years ago and it still runs sweet. Maybe just unlucky.

Refitted the original lower roller assembly - & adjusted properly - fine now.
