Anyone know if its possible to remove lower front grill and spot light covers without taking bumper off

Lower grilles - Yes.(@Pauly did a how to guide once)
Fog light covers - No as they are plastic welded in situ

@andythom188 ,just see a post where you had removed the lower fog light trims in the for sale section.
How did you remove them ,as I want to get mine gloss black .

The bumper needs to come off and there are a couple of lugs in each side on the bumper that are plastic welded/melted into the fog light carrier bracket that sandwich the fog trims in place, you can either pry a gap and slide/wrestle the fog trims out (but will be difficult to reinsert without marking) or cut the plastic welds and separate all the parts

@Pauly Do know if blank trims could be cut to accept the fog lights. Would the cut edges be exposed or would the edges be covered by the fog light back plate moulding?

If not what does the fog lights themselves and fog light trims cost? Can they be purchased through the forum shop? Thanks

You can buy the trims with or without foglight cutouts and with or without PDC mount bracket/hole they are all the same price

I have complete kits here for retrofitting foglights that include trims, screws and all wiring etc and can do either type of wiring ie 12v feed for manual control from switch or full cornering setup like factory but the wiring is a little bit trickier for this as needs connecting into BCM but either way is doable as a DIY job but cornering setup needs coding afterwards

@carlg I have a spare set of the spot light trims ,as i fitted new ones with parking sensors, your welcome to have them to get painted then fit to yours.

Cheers @Nickdaw I have found a company that will supply a full set in gloss black and either come fit them and take mine in return or send me a set I fit them then return mine back to them .
If it was easy enough to do I would just get a set sent out ,but not sure now .
Unless your up for a helping hand bumper removing .

Are you just glossing the spotlight surrounds and lower grill?, or all the front plastics?
