Loud blade scraping noise from engine bay when turbo isn't under load.

Under 5000 miles T6.1 Noticed it when turbo isn't under load. At low speeds approaching a stop it sounds similar to a stone in the disc. As soon as the engine is under load and pulling away with turbo engaged it stops. I hear it when underway and backing off the accelerater as a blade whistling. At very low speed apoaching a stop it is more of a sqweeling noise. Ideas? Will be taking it to the garage.

It’s a 6.1 so must be new, take it back to the dealer as soon as possible it’s not your problem.
EDIT: I would stop driving it, call VW Assist.
