I'm struggling with my rnr bed. I placed an order and paid a deposit with a supplier and fitter in February based in Essex and although he did respond to messages at first, now has gone completely silent on me for a few weeks and I see he has discontinued the product (rnr on slide rails) I ordered on his website. I'm raising a dispute with him on PayPal in the hope that I can get a refund on my deposit.
So now I am three months behind and still no bed... Can anyone recommend a reliable alternative? I'm on a budget so looking to pay about 1K to 1.5K with upholstery and fitting included. I'm willing to travel a couple of hours form Oxford. I have been looking at JDS Metalwork as heard some good things- but I haven't had a response so I think he may be on holiday.
Any ideas/ suggestions? Thanks!
