Have a scan of a couple of the threads under this topic area, there are a few ‘how to / step by step’ descriptions of fitting the wider centre console.

I would say the most challenging part is getting the transmission tunnel plastic cover cut down to the right size. If you cut away a little at the time then you will be fine. Mine isn’t the most tidy job, but I will go back and sort that out when I’m done with my other list of van jobs.

thats what I did, easy peasy

Cut 50mm off from passenger side and the front edge, leaving the drivers side alone. Refit console with a couple of screws. Now mark the bottom edge. Remove cut again and refit

the guy that carpeted and a few other bits and pieces did it for me, any convertor will get you the console and fit it, I wouldn't tackle it myself.
