Lift Kit options

Hi all, I have a 4motion 2019 LWB T6 converted into a DIY camper. I have to replace the shocks and am thinking about lifting the van.

What are your recommendations, is there anything I need to know before doing that?

I know that one thing is that the driveshafts wear out faster - how often do they need to be replaced from your experience?

I am currently thinking about going with the Seiko Koni "Desert HD" lift kit for 4MOTION, but maybe there are other options worth considering.

Siekel are the dogs and as a brand are highly-regarded by off-roaders particularly in Australia. As well as hiked suspension units and undershields, it's worth considering fitting a Siekel spacer kit that lowers the front and rear diffs. These brackets are designed to avoid the increased driveshaft angles and cv joints wear that would otherwise occur by just lifting the suspension.

Siekel also offer extended breather lines which increases the safe wading depth. These are routed from under the van up into the engine bay to prevent floodwater getting into the transmission components.

Hey man, thanks.

I am now trying to decide wheter I should go with the Seikel / Monroe Set (they told me only monroe shocks work with my T32) or the Koni XL / Eibach springs.

Any recommendations on that?

I am changing my shocks, but I went a bit more budget friendly (sort of) with the bilstein Komforts paired with my eibach +35mm springs. Once I get them on I can let you know what I think. But for you, anything Siekel seems to be they way to go if you can afford it. The lift is only 30mm compared to the eibachs at 35mm.... if that would actually make any difference... probably not.
