Leisure Battery electrical

Hi I have converted van by Funky Dubz
2016 LWB

The problem I have is that when I switch the engine OFF the rear lights do not operate,

The light should work from the leisure battery
Or electric hook up

There is no main control switch panel
It’s apparently a smart type , so when engine switched off turns to leisure 12v

Check fuses, check leisure battery voltage, also check it's charging.
