Leighton splitter replace or not

Soooo for the 2nd time the lower Leighton splitter has been ripped off the van and destroyed, this time by MrsD annoyingly in the same spot on the commute I stated to avoid puddle when raining heavily

Anyhow pretty cheesed off it looks like another purchase of a ££ splitter and then fitting though this may be difficult now as it’s ripped layers of fibreglass off on the LV chin so weakening it for further mounting. Should I just chuck in the towel and not fit another and ignore my ocd about proper finish. Anyone else not bothered replacing in same situation?.

I ruined the first splitter originally last year , same situation exact same spot under the railway bridge hence us avoiding that route in heavy rain . Clearly she requires a toolbox talk ….
