Lazy starter symptoms plus fault codes

Hi all I’m new to the forum and have recently purchased a 2017 ex rac t6. The van constantly struggles to start the starter is hesitant and turns engine over slower than I would expect. The garage had fitted a new battery but still the same . Also had it checked by local battery centre and both have told me it doesn’t need coding to van ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (could this be the issue?) they have now booked it in for a new starter to be fitted under there 3 month warranty. After reading about the Carista I picked one up to check to see if there are any faults and found these could any of these be the issue?
Thanks Aaron

For the faults 02252 & 25796 check this

31103=P20EE
Not exactly a fault - just notification of elevated NOx emissions. Possibly needs a software update to "fix" the issue. Please post "Detailed ECU info"-report (under Carista Service menu).

I don't think any of the above are related to lazy cranking.
