Hi I have 2016 T6 former Panel van camper. It’s a 102 high line ( if that helps) 77k miles
We have had a Yellow warning light which our garage suggests is the EGR and should be replaced . They advised it was ok to drive though initially I’ve been far while I waited for a time slot for the repair and not had any issues. The light has now disappeared after a day of non use and for the last few days over the weekend on a trip Bristol to Exeter without any issues.
Should we still proceed with the EGR replacement ? Has this ‘self Healed’ after a motorway run to the point I can ignore until the light next appears assuming it will ?
Suggestions/ thoughts please
Ideally I’d prefer not to spend £1300 replacing if possible but if it needs doing then I will replace. There just seem a lot of people having issues even with replacement so reluctant to replace / mess with things unnecessarily and end up out of pocket.
