Insurance During The Conversion Process

Im due to get my panel van converted by a local firm shortly.

I've done my homework and they get glowing reviews, I've seen first hand what they do and its top quality work. However due to the amount of money being spent for the conversion i have the nagging doubt of "what if" something goes wrong.

Do converters normally have insurance incase anything were to happen accidentally during the conversion? (liability insurance?)

Im sure all will be fine and that im just being overly cautious.

thanks!

Simply ask the conv company if they have insurance. Ask for proof too.
Don’t be shy about it’s you’ll be investing your own pennies. What if they have a fire or burglary and your PV is trashed?
