I have a vw t6 swb plain van. There are panels inside like this:
All panels are installed using the existing standard holes. Except a panel on the sliding door (the first picture) and on the tailgate window (there are no standard holes) where the previous owner drilled additional holes. Basically they just screw the self-tapping screws. Of course I don't like this idea because I want to cover the fresh hole by some anti rust primer.. I already saw the brown field around some of them.. My idea is to install the rivet nut M4 with the proper hole treatment.
But for the sliding door, I see there are this holder from the factory. Maybe there are some better solution how to attach the panels?
