Indicator not working and light stay on

Not sure if any body can help our new t6.1 is with our converter there is a fault code the indicators won’t work and lights won’t go out on vehicle has any body had this cheers

Damage to loom running over the roof? Has it had a pop top added?

It has had one fitted but he didn’t touch it he had it hanging up out of the way
