Ignition off electrical fault

Hi, i have an electrical gremlin and wandered if anyone’s had something similar, probably a long shot as it seems quite random.
Basically the abs module is ticking when the ignitions off, but also the diesel temp sender (I think that’s what it is) is also humming.
I pulled the 30A fuse for the ABS module that’s in the fuse box under the bonnet, just in front of the battery, which stops both.
Then it gets weird, when I replace the fuse, things behave, until I open the drivers door, then the same thing happens, with the addition of the radiator fan tries to kick in ever 15 secs or so…
I’ve checked numerous relays under the steering wheel and in the fuse box under the battery.
Also one thing to note, it’s literally just had its cam belt done, got it home, then just went flat on the drive….
It throws the ABS and stability lights.
Does anyone have any ideas please? Thanks in advance

Do the sounds continue after turning off the ignition or do they stop after a few minutes? It is pretty normal for various components to continue doing stuff and making a noise for a short while after turning off the engine. The fans coming on does sound pretty strange though unless it it DPF regen related.

Regarding the battery going flat, and the ABS lights, that sounds like something else, possibly relating to the work replacing the cambelt - maybe take it back to the cambelt guy to check their work.

You make a good point, I have only had my head under the bonnet in recent days after just reconnecting the battery, so there maybe some sort of commissioning procedures taking place.
I do know the ABS module stays on.
I will check the other things.
Forgot to mention, the vans a T5.1 2010 102.

The fuel temp senders maybe) still awake after 20mins so I’m assuming it’s stopping permanently on.
