How much should I sell my van for???

Hey,
Due to change in circumstances Im seriously considering selling my van. Before I write up an ad for it, I'm curious of a rough figure that I could ask for?
I have lots of paper work as it has had lots of work over the past couple of years. It currently on 208066 miles but will probably increase slightly.

-timing belt
-drive shafts
-various ad blue and egr related things

Trade value is around £4k inc VAT, but given that it looks tidy is up together, you could probably ask about £6k for a private sale.

I know it's hard to tell from photos but it looks smart condition wise. Obviously, high mileage but there will be a market for it.
What does WBAV say ?
I'd pitch it at 10k and take 7-8
