Well , after months of reading the forum because I didn't have a clue which model ,engine, etc to go for, finally picked the van up on Monday. Mojave Beige with 204 DSG, twin sliders and a few bits. Not quite sure why I didn't buy one of these earlier but so glad I did. Also totally amazed how many Thumbs up in just 2 days.. Pics to follow when I can sort it out> :)
 
Welcome @john jasper, exactly the same here. Have struggled getting all of the kids sailing gear in a car for many years, now have the T6 and can't understand why I never thought of it before. However in all honesty don't know what made me think of it when I did, as I didn't find the forum until after I had bought it, and I didn't know anyone with one.
Bloody glad that I did switch though.

Yes the perfect vehicle for kids and life in general . Had various pick-up trucks over the years but run out of space.

Just put the deposit down on my T6 today, collect in a month
