So thanks for letting me join. Got myself a 6.1 highline Combi over here but a bit puzzled with the seat, no height adjustment at all which is something I haven't seen since the early 90's in a van. So I have had two knee replacements in recent years and it suits me to be a bit higher up. Without getting into an Odysean battle to resolve, what is the most simplest and straight forward way to resolve this. Drivers side only..no cushions either please .

I have a 2023 T6.1 with single front seats, passenger swivels and both have height adjustment.

So here’s my van and the seats. Very, very happy so far though may map a wee bit more and resolve the seat issue.

I have factory fitted swivels in my T6 Kombi and there is no height adjustment. It is my understanding that you forego height adjustment when these swivels are chosen as an option. I can only assume that the T6.1 is the same.

I guess it would potentially mean you buying the height adjustment kit and foregoing the factory swivel parts.

Do you need/want the swivel? If not, you just need to find someone to swap seats with.

Thanks CB, I appreciate the different applications to modular as in particular brand options though it seems somewhat regressive in design, strange as for other 'brands' there are these options . I would be happy to look at 'after market' options to find a solution if anyone can help me here. I am okay with lateral seating as in a car or vertical as in a van or on a bike but...but.. the in between part is going to have to be altered somehow....how... I do not know .
