Help with Kombi Bulkhead

Hi
Im new on here and an asking for some advice. I have a 2021 Kombi Sportline Black Edition. I had ordered the bulkhead twice from the main dealers and nether appear to fit. The dealer has now stated I need to trim the bulkhead to make it fit my SWB (says LWB on label) but this will involve cutting chunks out of it. Something doesn’t feel right. Can anyone help.
