Help T6.1 start/stop and assist unavailable

Hiya. I've had my passenger seats out today and part of the dash to run a cable in for a leisure battery. I also removed the starter battery to get to the cable grommet behind it.
I was careful not to turn the ignition on until everything was back together but i’m now getting the following errors when I turn it on...
Manoeuvre braking currently unavailable
Error stop/start
Error hill start assist
Front assist unavailable
Any ideas? It all seemed to be going so well.
100% nothing shorted when removing and replacing the battery.
Leisure battery isnt connected just ran the cable in for now. Thanks

No just started it but not driven it...

Just drove down my drive and keeps beeping and saying to put it in park whilst im driving

Ok panic over. Drove it further and its seemingly fine. I’ll go clean my pants!
