It's '69 rhd UK bus, so rotten as a pear. Not a show winner by any means, I've had it over 10 years now and is much modified.
Lowered, narrowed, notched, Porsche brakes and wheels, 150bhp type 1 engine and modified gearbox. Sits at 70-75 quite easily, and I had almost 110mph out of it at Spa before I bottled it....
I've always had air-cooled buses since I passed my test nearly 40 years ago.

These, 18" Turismo.
I would've liked 20"s, but this van is for work, only partially loaded, and I do need to access sites out in the country and down unmade roads.
