Hello, dear friend. A retrofit lover from China.
I saw the video of you putting on the Electric Power Steering, you said it was an UP! steering column.
Is the part number 2Q1 2Q2 or 2QD 909 144?
Does it need to flash the BCM to the newest 1S0 937 090M?
Also, Will T6's color 3D MFD available to see the lane assist menu and graphics? Or I have to use a Sharan 7N Color MFD?
Plus, is your camera flashed to 3Q0 980 654P so it can be recognized on PQ25?

No, 1S0 937 090M is not needed, any way you need to have A5 in you can gateway
No, there is no way you can see lane assist menu until now
this cluster is not compatible with PQ25

Thanks my friend, a lot of useful stuff. I am also looking into the cluster's pinouts (We are working on a Polo, but at the same time this will give some inspiration to the retrofits on the T6 I am sure) We found 2 groups of can cables must be needed, one is for the drive CAN, the other is the display CAN but we have to try the pinouts.
Also we have flashed our 090 BCMs all to 1S0937090M_0780 which is the max BCM version (7H0 and 7E0 can be flashed to it but must be done on the car)
I have the file but it seems impossible to be uploaded here in the comments' section.
I see, the 2q1 is the TRW steering column. And I read from Drive2, where the MrCollayder and HackR have researched into the ACC functions at the same time MrCollayder worked on the lane assist (but he changed the PQ25 platform to PQ35 halfway)
I can know that 2QD will surely work with lane assist as in China we have cars with this steering column working with lane assist already on MQB Boras, and on PQ Santanas also Openpilot makes the steering wheel work itself.
Ahhhh... last question:
How did you mount the steering column 2Q1909144t? You just switched the upper column or together with the bottom racks as well? Thanks! I want photos if possible!

But a few further asking if you don't mind.
1- Have you tried connecting both the cluster's two sets of can cable to your BCM to make the LKA display? We are currently working in China to find out whether this hypothesis is true, now we just got a Polo 6R's MFD+ to have a try, at the same time we have prepared 1S0937090M, 7E0937090E firmware.
2- Is the steering much lighter after the EPS is fitted to the T5? As I can tell, you keep the original powers steering's rack. Can I disconnect the oil tubes if the EPS is successfully fitted?
And the BCM, cluster shall be connected to:
Cluster Can H to both BCM B19, B57 (Might wrong, but make sure both are CAN H)
Cluster Can L to both BCM B18, B54 (Might wrong, but make sure both are CAN L)
I mean if I didn't remember wrong these shall be, anyway you know much more than I do.
