Hello from North Lincolnshire

Now then folks. Just brought a 2018 T6 Kombi. Great looking van with a ABT body kit, brakes and 20" alloys. Looking forward to some tweaking, fiddling and making memories. We have brought it to pull our caravan so will be turning it into a day van. I'm coming from 2 seater convertibles so will be an interesting transition. Is waving a thing like I did in my MX5's and F-Type.

Plenty of questions to come.

Welcome to The T6 Forum Delpel1. Very tidy and shiny vehicle you have.

There are threads concerning waving, so do some do not others wave back if someone else waves first. I should imagine it comes down to a blink of an eye on a fast road and might depend on where one lives. Wave away and be happy if you wish. I wave to anyone that does a courteous act on the road but do not generally if someone is just whizzing by the other way but would reply if time span is adequate if someone waved to me first because that would be a polite thing to do and rude not too. I come originally from the North and acknowledge everyone when working in the NHS when walking along the corridors but coming to work in teaching hospitals in the south with 5,000 people working in larger establishments rarely seeing the same person again for a while I became the odd one out saying good morning or what ever to everyone and receive silence and very strange looks, might have occasionally received a reply so demoted it down to a smile on passing only unless recognising someone.
