Heat Sink on panel near leisure battery?

Just picked up new Platinum Wave T6.1 camper today. I notice a green square unit with a heat sink, mounted the panel close to the side of the rear seat. It’s in the area of the leisure battery. The vans been parked a few hours and this heat sink feels hot. Everything is off. Can anyone advise if this is normal.

Sorry it’s blue not green. I realise it’s some sort of inverter ?

It’s a Victron Orion DC-DC charger. Charges your leisure battery while your driving.

Thanks for that but, Why is heat coming from it, I’ve been parked for 5 hours ?

It’s possible that it’s not been configured correctly. Can you connect to it with the VictronConnect app on your phone and screen shot the battery settings page and post it here?

Probably beyond me to do that. But I think there’s some info available on the Smart screen in the van, I will look tomorrow

That won’t have the info you need. Can you get to the front of it? Fold the seat down maybe. There’s a green led on the front. Is it on or off?
