Heat shield

Hi all, i ran over a truck tyre on the motorway and damaged one of the heat shields on my 2020 caravelle. When i search the part number it comes up with underbody panel rather than a heat shield. Any suggestions where i can get the right part? Photos attached. Thanks!

Obviously I could get it from vw but I don’t want to buy a whole under tray just for the heat shield.

Unfortunately it’s all one piece as the metal part is held in place by melted rivets
