Headlights

So these headlights I've been told are factory headlights
There seems to be a problem with the indicators in these as they are showing a bulb fault and flashing fast on dash but working normally outside
All others lights checked and all standard bulbs
These look like the THQ headlights possibly?
What's your thoughts?

They are factory LEDs.......can't help with the flashing issue, sorry

No aftermarket led lights or anything else all is factory spec

I’ve just started getting the same fault, left hand indicator rapid flashing on dash, but perfectly normal outside. I’ll investigate further when I get home from my hols.

The T6 uses a conventional halogen bulb for the indicator in the LED headlights bizarrely. Has this been checked to see if someone has changed it for a LED, hence the fault?

Ah ha someone with some vital info!!! You are a legend
No not checked that bulb, only because i dont know how to get in the back of the headlights, there's hardly any room to get my hand in
Does the bumper need to come off to get to these bulbs?

Sorry, that I can't help with. Mines a T6.1 but access looks OK without the need to remove the bumper.
Have you a code reader that can check for faults that will point you in the right direction? I find OBDeleven pretty handy, others swear by carista.

Yea iv had it read for codes and it doesn't show up as a fault on the reader
I'll have a look tomorrow see if I can get it sorted

Yes the bumper has to be removed to get at the indicators. You’d be able to tell from outside by looking at them flash whether they’d been changed. I’d check the rears too, make sure they have incandescent bulbs in.

Yup, factory LED all round. No recent changes.

Ye I've checked the rears and they are incandescent bulbs

As Deaky says, you ought to be able to tell if the fronts are LEDs. The transition from on to off and off to on is faster than incandescent bulbs. You only really notice if you are looking for it, but there is a difference.
