Head unit swap

Hi there
I have a 2019 T6 with a basic composition colour head unit in it and I am now getting a 2019 caddy for work with a composition media head unit with sat nav and I really don't need the sat nav etc for my work van so I thought I would swap them over. Am I going to run into problems or is it just plug and play?

From what I’ve read on the forum they are paired with the BCM so not plug and play. Probably need re-coding to work.

Looking at what's been said here I think I will give it a miss and maybe get an aftermarket head unit for the T6.
