I was hoping for some advice please? Our head unit in our T6.1 is broken. The functionality still works (eg, the radio will still play, and up until this morning when the unit forgot our devices, we could connect via Bluetooth to play music / podcasts). The touch screen is completely broken. We can’t pair our devices as we can’t select pair on the screen!
So, it’s time to get it sorted! We went to VW a couple of months ago as a start point, and were quoted £2200. We obviously left!!!
We are fairly handy, and could change the unit ourselves. Does anyone know if it’s worth just trying to replace the screen? Or just have a whole new unit? And, could anyone suggest some good options please?
