Having Your Captains Seat Re Trimmed?

On the off chance that someone is getting their Simora drivers seat with armrests re-trimmed.

On taking my bulkhead out I discovered that there was a hole on the rear where it had been rubbing.

I am wondering if you would consider selling me the old backrest cover so I can replace.

Or would consider swapping drivers seats before yours went for the re-trim.

I know its a long shot.

Is it normal for people to keep the original seat fabrics when being recovered ?
Wonder if retrimmers have piles of the OE seat covers laying around ?

I didn’t get my originals back when I had my seats re trimmed. There’s a good chance the trimmers will have stuff like this.

Maybe have a chat with vision leisure to see if they keep them and will bring one to the Camper mart show if you are going.

Thanks, as it happens i got tickets for Camper Mart yesterday. I will have a search for vision leisure. Are there any others you might suggest?

I believe Deaky had his done by them too. Only suggested them as they are exhibiting at Camper mart, not sure who else is.

I must be sad ! I have kept the full set from when I had my Kombi re -trimmed .
Apparently they are re-usable as they remove them with care at Dk Schweizer.

Drivers and passenger with armrests .
2+1 rear.

Not impossible. I'm coming back up to Leicester via the A34, M40, A43 on the 28th of this month.

I see @T6180 a fair amount, and he's up and down to Manchester.

I cannot narrow down an exact time until we see our actual jobs on the day.
My first job is TN26 and second at PO8, so it will be way after 4.30, but I could drop you an eta by text if you PM your number, also a convenient meeting place for me on one of my natural routes past back to Leicester.
