Handbrake Extender

Has anyone got a handbreak extender fitted.....My wife struggles to reach the handbreak when driving the T6 Kombi......so Im looking for some kind of extender to fit the T6 H/break

does one exist?

Not really answering the question here, but do you realise with hill start assist you don't really need to use the handbrake much? Unless she is trying to do handbrake turns of course

She's a nightmare for the ol' hand break turns
It's when she parks up etc.... It's a hell of a stretch.

I wish I had the brains and the ability to change it over to one of those dash-type ones (that I think the old Ford Rangers had)

I've just bought a dsg kombi and surprised it didn't come with a electric hand break as there kinda pointless on a auto anyway lol

Mine doesn't have hill start assist, is that because its an auto ?

No, some manuals have hill start, my transit does

I have the same issue, it's a big reach for more than a few I bet.

in Vag-Com you can adjust how much you want the hand brake assist to assist you.
I set it at minimum as I don't like it.
I have a DSG
