Having bought but not yet fitted H7 headlights from another forum member (still not collected my new van), I'm reconsidering going for THQ v3 Chrome's instead. If you have any, or are after H7's let me know
 
Hi @Sackmycook, I’m having the same battle in my head at the moment. I haven’t ruled out the H7s due to cost of THQ 3s. Are the H7s in good order and scratch free. What are you looking for them money wise? Thanks mate
 
I got them just before I came away on holiday so only had time to have a quick look. They look in good condition, some light surface scratches on left hand lens but nothing that would put me off installing them in my van. They have the DRL bulb holder upgrade done which is good.
I paid £180 plus postage so would look for that or very near.
 
I went from H7 to V3. Fitted some led HID bulbs and it’s a game changer. The H7 are good but the V3 better.

I could swear there was a set of chrome V3’s in the for sale section lately.
I take it you have had a good look?

Sold Thread 'Transporter HQ v3 chrome headlights'

I have for sale my THQ v3 headlights, swapped out now as I have upgraded to their full LED lights.

They had been fitted for a few years having been purchased as a preorder when they were released.

Also included is a HID upgrade set which I never got round to fitting but come recommended by others on the forum.

I have the original boxes for them (although they are currently packed in the LED box) but are quite big, heavy and delicate so collection only. I’m looking for £300 for lights and HID kit...

Phew. I’m glad about that. I was worried there for a sec. But defo get a set of v3 lights.
I bought the ones mentioned from Chris. And sold the H7 in a flash. I can give you details of the chap that missed my that wanted a set if that helps.

What's the DRL bulb holder upgrade? does it allow for LED bulbs?
