Ok, so the bolts on the left of my photo below are supplied by H&R to hold the spacer to the hub.
The radius bolts on the right of my photo below (thread is approx 26mm long) are supplied by H&R to hold the wheel to the spacer.
As photo below of yellow leaflet included by H&R says they should be used instead of the wheel bolts you have at present.
You would need to be sure your wheels have radius seats (which are VW OEM wheels). If you have aftermarket wheels then you might need to get taper bolts of the correct length instead.
You would also need to make sure the amount of bolt thread poking through the back of the wheel is less than the thickness of the spacer. Otherwise it will not be possible to tighten up these bolts correctly as they will have bottomed out on the hub before tightening against the wheel.
There are mounting instructions included in the box.
