Obviously - because ECU thinks the DPF is overloaded with soot - as it seems DPF regeneration haven't happen for a while. Normal distance between DPF regens happen every 200-300 km. The limit for soot mass is 45 g.it won't accept forced regen.

Only HEX-V2 and HEX-NET have the UDS capability.

Fuel level above 1/4 is not true. My van can start e regen with the fuel in the red zone.There are a number of criteria that must be met to do the regen - engine temp, fuel level (above 1/4), no Fault codes present, soot level not too high (above 40g maybe).
If you can trick the van to think everything is met then it might work
This is the list on my van for a standard regen, so probably doesn't need all of them for a forced regen. I'm sure MMI will add more information.

Mine went into a regen when the low fuel light was on.I thought that was standard 6.1s behaviour - what does yours do?

I don't think yours even have those measuring blocks? It would be under engine adaptations.Would resetting value in measuring block 068 to 30% and then try a forced regen help?
