Fridge thermostat

Hi - I have a nine month old webasto 41l isotherm top loader fridge and somehow the probe on the thermostat has snapped off the copper capillary tube. I've been through the supplier but their attitude is that it's probably been caused by something loose in the fridge. Webasto have supplied a part number for a new probe but advise it needs brazing on!
Anyone had a similar problem or know a source of a replacement stat

Not sure what they mean as the thermostat consists of a bulb, capillary and head with the switch, all charged during assembly and tested before dispatch to whoever builds the fridges.
I’ve repaired domestic (don’t read Dometic) fridges with generic thermostats, very cheap.
Is this the manual / parts list?

Hi @DXX -- yes that looks like it. My thermostat control has a simple dial control - I'll take it off and look for part numbers
