Four Wheel Tracking

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the best place for 4 wheel tracking around Runcorn, Warrington, Liverpool area?
Just scrubbed a pair of Michelin tyres off in no time.
Went to ATS they said they didn't have the numbers or something to do it.
Tyres btw. 255/45ZR18

By a pair of tyres are we talking front or rear? and are you lowered much?

If it lowered I don’t think Kwik Fit will do it either.
