Is that a standard double bench from the front of a van?

I would assume it’s a standard front seat. When I got my van the previous owner had put 2 of these in the back facing each other. It has the underseat storage too.

It looks like a hybrid front bench seat. The single strap seat belt on the bottom right there is an addition I believe - not sure if this complies with M1 standard though. We'd need a photo of the inside to be sure.
