Floor Seat locking jammed

Hi I have these ford seat in my transporter and the mechisium that lock the seat to the floor has stuck on the locked position and I can’t get it attached to floor again on one side! Does anyone know how to fix this or can you even buy a replacement locking system.

Try oiling it

Try oiling it and maybe tripping it with a small bar or screwdriver. Done similar with stuck car door locks in the past.
