Hi all.
The nightmare it’s back 😂
Last year when I was in Europe it 1st time come out was a bit of panic as was driving quiet a lot and forgot laptop….but you guys helped a lot and get it sorted.
Turn out it was driving same speed for long time and after resetting all was ok till last month when pop up again I was driving a bit as well and was sure it will be same as 1st one…(was done by garage in poland and dint have copy of errors) saved then cleared codes and was sure that’s all but it’s back …. This time I was joining main road and pressed pedal a bit more and light pop up…
Copy codes and reset and back again today... tomorrow will check codes clear and do some measurements of engine block to see what it’s happening.

some errors are same oh and I did top up adblue month ego or so might buy and add addictive tomorrow just in case.
Any help appreciate! next month MOT and cant go with yellow light of dead t6
 
You could run some blockmaps relating to the fault codes to see what they are actually reporting.
EG MAP sensor, ADblue quality, DPF status, etc
Also check wiring underneath van - It is reporting no signal fron Oil level/temp sensor so maybe some broken wiring?
 
i got van for a year then not sure when was replaced last time.
was about do a lot in van today but forgot updated hex itself and would not talk to new version of software .. all that drive for nothing on the morning.
after sorting that part scan show new errors

I've replaced 4 in the last 5 years. 1st by a local indy, VW part. Then 2 under the all in plan, again VW part. The 4th I decided to try a Beru part and fitted by local indy. Keeping my fingers x'd this one sticks.

Given what appears to be a very short life on the OEM glow plugs fitting a Beru plug would seem like a good choice, no point in renewing a prematurely failed component with exactly the same inferior item.
 
Was just looking for price of one with sensors and….£250 -£280 ….Beru one
Damn that’s hurts need go to garage next week for someone to check before I spend £££
