Hi all,

Currently driving around France on holiday, have done over 1100 miles so far and the van has been going brilliantly (2021 T6.1 T28 110ps 62k miles).

Had a 5 hour drive today which turned into 7 hours with traffic (excluding breaks) which after 6 hours we stopped so I could fill up, just before I pulled on the forecourt the petrol light/warning pinged. I then filled it up and drove a short distance to the supermarket for snacks (about 300m away).

After starting the van after grabbing said snacks the engine light stayed on, when scanning it I got a P048C00 - Exhaust Pressure Control Valve Pos. Sensor/Switch error.

I saw this thread which seems related but talks about a software update solving the issue and read some other stuff online about interrupting a regen if you have low fuel.

Does anyone have any ideas about this? I ended up resetting the warning to see if it came back which it didn’t after another 1 hour of driving. I then starting the van again to move it over slightly on the air bnb driveway and the light went off fine as it normally does after starting it. It was 30° for pretty much most the journey today so wondering if this might have contributed?

We have 2.5 hours left to get to Calais which we’re planning to do in 2 days time, just a bit worried about the severity of this and that I might make things worse if I continue to drive it, although my thinking was if it was serious the light would come back on after being cleared?

Any thoughts much appreciated, thanks!
