The 12v output from a ECOflow delta 2 (which I have) has a maximum of 10A. Given that the diesel heater draws 10A for the diesel heater start cycle it may cause an overload on the ECOFLOW delta. Best to use leisure battery, if you have one.
What you could do if you don't also have a leisure battery is power something like this AC 110-240V to DC 12V 30A 360W Voltage Transformer Switch Power Supply LED Strip | eBay which has a 12v dc 30A supply. You could use the Delta 240v a.c. outlet to power the PSU.
Inefficient use of energy perhaps, but once your diesel heater is fully started then the current draw at 12v from the PSU would be around 2A or 100ma on the the 240v a.c output from the delta.
Make sure you fuse the supply to the heater at 15A
It will work and then you could still use the 12V 10A supply to power other 12v devices like light etc. in your van.
I am hoping to sell my T6 campervan soon and maybe covert a bigger van.
If do sell, I would use two EcoFlow Delta 2's in the new van and not bother about a leisure battery, DC-DC chargers etc.
In my van I currently have both; only because I built the van first and then bought my EcoFlow Delta 2 at a later date.
The Ecoflow Delta 2 is charged by solar when stationary but when I am moving, the alternator charges the EcoFlow. As the Ecoflow has only one XT5 charging I/P socket, I simply wire a 12v relay that switches input from the Solar and takes it from engine. The engine delivers 165W of charge into my ECOflow, whereas the solar is much lower and variable dependant on how much sun we get.
Hope this helps.
Haven’t bought a renewed delta 2 but I can say that my delta 2 is very good. Amazon renewed I think give you a guarantee so if it works under the warranty period you should be OK. I paid £1099 for mine so at £600 it’s a good price
