DSG holding too high a gear causing vibes.

Been slowly getting worse but I’ve noticed the DSG seems to be holding too high a gear, so it’s sitting at just over 1000rpm round town causing vibrations - bit like hanging onto too high a gear in a manual.
Noticeably worse when towing.
Switching to sport or dabbing the accelerator puts it in a lower gear, higher revs & the vibes go.
This van is a 2018 204 4motion Dsg now with 125k with full VWSH & apart from this drives perfect.
Had exactly the same issue on my previous van, a T5 180 Dsg 4motion, dealer changed the dual mass flywheel but it made little difference, sold it not long after so never resolved it.
Still managed to keep it under VW warranty so any ideas much appreciated before I take it in.
(They did say front engine mount needs changing soon at the last service so maybe that’s worth a go?)
Thanks

It's not much help, but mine does exactly the same (2016 4motion/dsg Caravelle exec). I've only had it for a month, but it's currently back with the dealer for an EGR issue - which *could be related. He's lent me a 2018 Caravelle executive (2wd) and it has exactly the same issue. Someone suggested on another thread to check when the DSG and Haldex were last serviced, so I've booked mine to have it done. Failing that, there is DSG map I've seen mentioned on here a few times that should solve the problem

DSG oil changed at 118k & previously at 78k & 40k by VW
I’ll mention the parameters of the mechatronics to the dealer & see what they say 🤷‍♂️
