The swivel base has been sold, However I still have the double front with the van Kraft +10°/fold flat bracket for sale (and the original bracket) if you’re interested.

Yes it’s available again.. it’s a pretty hefty hunk of metal, not sure how much it’ll cost to post, I’ll check it out.
