Double seat / Bench swivel with oem secondary battery

i have a double bench seat but also have the secondary battery from Vw in there.

Now I have a pop top I really need it to swivel and noticed the kiravan kit.

Can it be done with the secondary battery being there?

In short not really. If you only have a battery in there and can consider a connector in the side of the seat base ( possibly both sides) so you can unplug from one side of the seat, swivel the seat and the re-plug in the connector, you could manage it! I had the same problem trying to maintain a connection to my heated seats using the Kiravans swivel.

I heard one option is to change to a single seat
