double bench swivel or not, the old debate is it worth it?

I am about to fit a rusty lee swivel for my double bench seat, I'm getting the lowered base and the vankraft bracket so it goes flat. I have read on here that it rattles and people are better of with original but what and where is the original swivel base purchased?. I have electric heated seats so I can't get the slider version so I'm thinking the standard rusty lee version with the bracket should be ok or will I need hand brake lowering kit as well...... Is rusty the best should I just ditch it all together.......afterall I don't want a rattler and wobble seat .......

For a double bench swivel up you don’t need a Handbrake powering kit. Will the heated seat plug fit through the base so you can still use it?

thanks for reply so I don't need handbrake kit that good to know, Not sure about heated seats, anyone know if it can work with the standard rusty lee, so not the slider?

Have you already bought the Rusty Lee?
If not I’d highly recommend the Mobiframe swivel. It is by far the easiest on the market.
No irritating bolts to unscrew and store and an absolute doddle to swivel.

If you want to keep the heated seats then only kiravans do a version that allows the electrical connections still for heated seats and occupancy sensors

Yes. The Mobiframe ones aren’t compatible with heated seats, or the Rusty Lee.
But who needs heated seats? Especially on the double 🤷‍♂️

these look great do they also raise the hight much and should I get the smaller seat base ?

Not too much, maybe an inch or so.
Smaller seat base would be good but not essential.
No need to lower the handbrake either.
amazing thanks, I think I will get this, probably get the vankraft bracket as well so it leans back a bit when facing froward and can also go flat. Currently its too upright... have you got the bracket as well and was it easy ro install both toghter

Unlike the Kiravans or Rusty Lee the seat doesn’t sit forward when swivelled. It sits slightly tilted so didn’t need anything else.
It’s a great bit of kit tbh
Only issue will be getting one, they come from Poland and the best place to get them is Camper Warehouse. We paid £339 inc vat.

Ok great will look and order tomorrow, hopefully not to along wait. Thanks for advise, one more question regarding installing did you need to cut the bolts like you do in the kirivan one
