My Dometic grill burner has a lower guard on the burner which dropped off. It looks like it’s just a crimp fit so I have tapped it back on but when trying it I noticed some flame activity which didn’t feel right.
On the right side of this the flame is hitting the top of the grill and missing the heat element.
On the left side there is a flame appearing from the bottom of the guard thing.
Are both of these normal, or should I look at getting a new heating element fitted?
