Does eurotunnel allow campervans with gas bottles?

I’ve read that my camper van won’t be able to carry gas on the eurotunnel due to the gas bottle not being in a secure container. My mate also got refused on eurotunnel with his t5 panel van on a fishing trip with a 4kg bottle for his bbq.

So I thought I’d check if anyone else has any experience of small gas bottles in your camper van for the gas burner where the bottle is just inside a cupboard.

Yes, just have to make sure its disconnected and turned off
